If you’ve read My Fat Loss Story and Spaghetti Arms then you’ll know the history to my update.

Today I weighed in at 202.6 lbs which is a FANTASTIC weight for me to be.

I’ve been doing intermittent fasting at least 5 days out of the week. I fast for 4-10 hours starting from when I wake up. I also make an effort not to eat after 8:00 PM.

I’ve been doing a minimum of 10 minutes of cardio (lately it’s been on the treadmill), followed by some weight training.

As for food, diet, and nutrition… I make efforts to avoid condiments, avoid sodas and juices, drink plenty of water, drink black coffee with no sugar, eat vegetables, limit the amount of meat (because of animal fat), and eat plant based proteins like beans and quinoa. I also eat salmon (or any other fish) at least twice a week.

This has helped me improve my overall health, fitness level, and weight. My clothes fit better (some are actually too big now), I have more energy, my body looks better, and I owe it all to simple, slight changes in my lifestyle.
