Module 1 of a Living System is about Nutrition. Since the Big Bang of the fitness industry, nutrition has become a popular topic for many people. Now, everyone on Instagram can tell you what to eat in order to lose fat, get six pack abs, and detox your body from harmful toxins. As great as this is, not everyone wants to be told what to eat, when to eat, how to eat, or any other restriction over their eating.

That’s why I don’t tell anyone what to do when they use my program. A Living System was created and designed with 2 main focal points: Flexibility and the ability to evolve and grow with the uniqueness of each individual.

The goal of Module 1: Nutrition, is to enlighten a person to the world of nutrition. The idea is to teach the client about macros, portion control, and the options they have in relation to their physical activity (that’s covered in Module 2). Some people are going to have higher demands for calories because they’re very active. Out of those active people, some are trying to lose weight, some are trying to build muscle, some are just trying to eat an overall healthy diet. The goals are different for everyone, so it would be audacious of me to say to everyone, “You must eat 1.4 grams of protein per pound of body weight, you need 1.7 grams of carbs per pound of body weight, and you shouldn’t eat more than 20 grams of fat per day.” That simply just doesn’t work for everyone. There’s no cookie-cutter diet or one-size-fits-all meal plan out there.

Another major part of my program is autonomy (that’s covered in Module 7). Again, I don’t want to tell people what to do. I mean, just think about it…

Do you really want to pay to me to be your mind?!?

I didn’t think so.

That’s why autonomy is one of the two secret ingredients to A Living System. Part of the program is learning to make choices for yourself.. What’s good for you or me, isn’t always good for the next person when it comes to lifestyle.
