What’s new with you?

Hey Everyone.

It’s been a little while, but I have some really cool updates to share with you.

Since January 2019, I’ve been on the Greek God Program from Kinobody. It’s a program that focuses on specific muscle groups to give you “the look of a Greek God”. I’ve updated my website’s home page with the details of why I ended up choosing the program but to give you short version – it’s simple, effective, and it doesn’t take that much time away from my life.

I ‘ve got a new page on my site as well with affiliate links to the programs. The brand offers a Physique Quiz that guides you to the right program that best fits your goals. I’m following the Greek God Program with a specialization in building shoulders since that’s always been a struggling point for me. I’m blown away at the progress I’ve made in just 5 months. Check out my Instagram to see some new photos of my growth. The second half of this year is dedicated towards leaning out now that I’ve increased my muscle size and strength. Hello Abs, Here I Come!!!

Now, since I’m excited about my new found progress, I wanted to share with everyone by doing a promotional sale on my eBook “May, I Work For You“. Use coupon code KINO22 to save 70%!!!
And stay tuned because I’m working on my second ebook that I’ll be publishing in 2020. A lot of good things are coming for us!

Give me a follow and a nice shoutout on Instagram @iamclintfit and show your support. For a full list of Kinobody programs visit my Kinobody Page and see all the programs, supplements, clothing, and accessories.

As always, thanks for reading, following, and for all of your support. Contact me here if you have any questions, need guidance, or would like to hear/read more on specifics topics.

Stay Strong,

Nonpulsed yet intuned.

Hey everyone. Thank you for reading.

The more I learn, the less I know. That’s right. It’s the quintessential form of being nonpulsed. Confused and perplexed at peculiar theories and events of our world.

I’ve been listening to a fantastic podcast on Spotify called Alien Theorists Theorizing. It’s funny, intriguing, and enjoyable beyond my expectations. But before you judge and say, “Oh no, Clint’s gone too far done the rabbit hole.”, understand that there’s a point here and it’s not a north pole mountain on a flat plain.

As I listen to theories about aliens, Nasa being fake, time travel, MK Ultra, flat earth, Annunaki DNA engineering, and ancient underground cities, it all makes me question what’s true in life. And I always circle back to love, family, and health being my truths.

For me, my wife and kids are it. They are the most important part of my life. Whether the government is lying to us or not, I’m still Daddy and Husband in my home. Those roles never go away. My family is always my family. Aliens or not, god or no god, I still have a wife, a son, and a daughter that need me. And they need me to be at my best which means being physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy.

I find great purpose in this because I’m not just going through the motions and roaming through life aimlessly as I did in most of my twenties. I have a reason to get out of bed at 4 AM each morning, reason to go to the gym when I’m tired, and reason to eat healthier food. My wife gives me reason to be a kind person, my kids give me reason to imagine and play, and I’m a better man today because of them.

I can’t subscribe to the doctrines offered today, but I can tell you what I do believe in. I believe in energy, I believe in love, and I believe we as humans have much more potential than just creating the latest and greatest technology. We have healing abilities, not magic or metaphysical, but healing with love. Humans respond in kind when treated with love, respect, and helpful approaches. It’s what we call karma. It’s thst belief of sending your thoughts and feeling out into the universe and them materializing into reality. When we love others, believe in them to be great, and genuinely care, we see the people around us flourish. So, i encourage you to express your love to your family and friends and support them in their aspirations. Human potential is far greater than many of us realize.

Thanks for reading.

What Do You Do?

Hey Everyone. Thanks for reading, as always. For those of you who haven’t, visit my site and get a copy of my ebook “May, I Work For You” and help me save up for my kid’s college.

Ok, so as you may already know, I’m a part-time writer and blogger, and I tried vlogging as well. I don’t always post as frequently as others do, so I try to write something meaningful whenever I do post. I love posting about memorable moments with my family, the occasional post about something I’m personally interested in, and I almost always throw in something that I think might help someone in any one of the seven modules of A Living System.

Tonight, instead of giving advice, I want to ask for some. That’s right, I’m turning the tables and I’m asking for the advice. The reason I’m asking for the advice is that my approach to lifestyle management is biased. I use A Living System and focus on nutrition, physical activity, relationships, neuroplasticity & learning, habitual thinking, my vision & goals, and autonomy & action. This sounds good and it’s a very effective systematic approach, however, I also know that there are other topics out there that my system doesn’t address.

For example, my system does not address finances. I don’t have any formal education of finances aside from the two accounting classes I took while getting my bachelors. I don’t have any work experience in finances aside from being a gas station clerk when I was younger. And my basic philosophy with money is “make more than you spend and save for a rainy day“. So, in short, I don’t qualify myself as someone who should be giving professional advice on money.

Does that mean money management isn’t important? Goodness No!!

That’s just one example. There are plenty more out there. This concept of stepping outside my box came from another concept: Discussion. The idea behind discussion is to talk about things from different points of views, backed by different beliefs, something contrary to one and other and sometimes in full agreement. So, for this post, the purpose is to spark discussion.

How do you manage your lifestyle? What are some of the things you do to stay physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually healthy? There’s no right or wrong answer, just an opportunity for discussion.

I can’t wait to read your comments and hear what works and what doesn’t work for you, and I hope to learn more about lifestyle management from real people like you.

Feel free to share this with your family, friends, colleagues, and coworkers.

As always, stay strong.

Hey Everyone!

I know it’s been a while and I’m sorry for not posting in so long. I’ve shifted my focus away from my online presence and also caught flu in February which held me up for about 3 weeks. I’m finally back in the gym!

So, a quick update: I got rid of all my IamClintFit social media accounts. The only things left are my YouTube Channel, my LinkedIn account, and my website. My eBook is still available on my website and on Amazon Kindle. I did away with my Facebook Page, Instagram, and Twitter because I found myself getting stressed over them. I wanted more interactions, more engagement, and more following, and it was taking away from my inner peace. So, C’est la vie!!

The title FREE4ALL is actually the promo/coupon code that expires this Saturday 03/09/2019. It’s a 100% coupon for my eBook from my site. This can only be used on my site and is not available on Amazon Kindle.

I hope all is well with everyone and as always, thank you for following my blog column and supporting my efforts! I’ve been thinking of a new book idea and I think I have one in mind… Stay tuned to find out more!

Stay Strong,
